Controversial media personality and musician, Blakk Rasta, sheds light on why Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie’s career growth appears to be stagnant.

During an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM, Blakk Rasta argued that it was nonsensical for Sarkodie to agree to be featured on Bob Marley’s “Stir It Up” song.

Blakk Rasta explained that the original song served as a love letter to the deceased reggae musician’s wife, providing his rationale.

The media personality alleges that Sarkodie’s feature on the remix positions him as an intermediary between Bob Marley and his wife.

Blakk Rasta suggests that had Sarkodie declined the collaboration, he would have achieved greater success.

In his words, “Imagine Sarkodie had said no to this collaboration and it had come out that Sarkodie was supposed to be in a Bob Marley Song and Sarkodie said no he is not worthy of even lacing the shoes of this man like John The Baptist said about Jesus, his name would have been all over the place”.
